Medicine inventory records are provided for monitoring purposes only. Users remain responsible for physical stock verification and regulatory compliance.

8. System Availability

GALEN may undergo maintenance or experience temporary interruptions. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

10. Intellectual Property

All system components, software, and databases are owned or licensed by Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

GALEN shall not be liable for data loss caused by negligence, credential sharing, clinical decisions, or temporary service interruptions.

12. Termination of Access

Access may be suspended or terminated upon violation of these Terms or loss of institutional authorization.
